Home textiles manufacturer Standard Fiber has expanded its partnership with innovator 37.5 Technology to broaden the scope of its bedding range that makes use of the latter’s solution.

37.5 Technology describes itself as a leader in thermoregulation material science and boasts a patented solution that – when embedded within fabric substrates – helps optimise one’s temperature.

It reportedly does this via a blend of volcanic minerals with thermoregulating properties that are locked in the substrate and help reduce humidity next to the body. As such, by cooling users when they’re hot and heating them when cold, the technology has more broadly been used for applications such as sportswear.

Standard Fiber has previously adopted the technology and found success via its range of bedding products. As such, it’s set to expand its line with the promise of “an ideal sleep climate”.

“Standard Fiber has enjoyed a long-standing and successful relationship with 37.5 Technology who share our on-going commitment to providing the best sleep experience to consumers,” said Chad Altbaier, Standard Fiber CCO. “We are thrilled that their team is as eager as we are to partner on an expanded offering of new 37.5 Technology sleep products that are presently in the works.”

The collection, comprising bedding and mattress fabrics and covers, will be distributed globally in early 2023.

Serine Steinnes, the Executive Vice President of 37.5 Technology’s home division, stated: “We are delighted to be expanding our partnership with Standard Fiber who has an industry reputation for excellence in the home textile, mattress, and hospitality industries. We are confident about the results that this collaboration will bring in terms of new innovation for bedding and mattress covers in today’s market.”
