Bed Bath & Beyond has named company veteran Eugene Castagna President, along with other key executive appointments, in connection with its ongoing business transformation. He succeeds Arthur Stark, who left the company on May 17. Stark also served as Chief Merchandising Officer. Castagna serves as President in addition to his current role of COO. He has been with the company since 1994, holding other executive roles such as Vice President of finance from 2000 to 2006 and treasurer and CFO from 2006 to 2014. He became COO in 2014.
Susan E. Lattmann, the company’s CFO and treasurer since 2014, has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer. With Bed Bath since 1996, she previously served as controller from 2000 to 2001, Vice President-controller from 2001 to 2006 and Vice President of finance from 2006 to 2014. Finally, Robyn M. D’Elia, has been promoted to CFO and treasurer. D’Elia, has worked with the company since 1996, serving as assistant controller from 2000 to 2006, Vice President of financial planning and control in 2006, Vice President-controller from 2006 to 2015 and Vice President of finance since 2015.
