Apparel imports of the United States from India stood at $625.830 mn in March 2022 while it imported apparel from all over the world of $9.320 bn. India’s monthly apparel supplies to the US have jumped by 44 percent in March 2022 from October 2021. Total apparel imports of the US increased by mere 11.21 percent in the same period.
According to market insight tool TexPro, the US apparel import from India was valued at $434.352 mn in October 2021 while its total import was $8.380 bn. The imports from India decreased to $366.393 mn in November 2021 from previous month. India has supplied apparel of $379.797 million in December 2021, $443.533 mn in January 2022 and $436.826 mn in February 2022.
The entire world has supplied apparel to the US of $7.438 bn in November 2021, $7.341 bn in December 2021, $7.576 bn in January 2022 and $7.524 bn in February 2022.
