Indo Count Industries Ltd (ICIL) announces the inauguration of its Solar power generation unit, taking a step towards sustainable operations and environmental stewardship. ICIL’s Solar Power generation unit, situated in Arniwada-Banaskantha, Gujarat, has an installed capacity of 9.3 MW of Solar Power. ICIL’s new Solar power unit is dedicated for captive consumption at its Bhilad unit. By harnessing solar energy, ICIL aims not only to reduce its carbon footprint but optimize energy costs. This strategic move underscores ICIL’s pledge to green energy, with over 90% of the Bhilad unit’s operations powered by renewable sources.
